Important Notices:  Spaces are limited. Final numbers for this event are affected by a number of factors including the number of single rooms required. This event will be filled on a "first in, first served basis".   "First in" will be determined by the date & time you register in Rev or your email requesting registration is received to BCProbusActivities@gmail.com (as applicable). The Deposit is non-refundable.

OnCourse Tours have curated an exclusive 6 day tour for our Club emcompassing Bathurst, Carcoar, Cowra, Canowindra, Orange and the parts of the Blue Mountains from 20 to 25 October 2025.

We will return to Beecroft on Day 6 so accommodation that evening will be in our homes. 

The Total Cost is $2,190.00 per person twin share.   A single supplement of +$522.00

Please confirm your participation by completing the following steps:

1. registering on REV or emailing Liz on BCProbusActivities@gmail.com. (Signing up at the July Members' Meeting may be too late.),
2. specifying whether you require a twin, double or single room and in the case of a twin or double who you will share with (unless the surnames are the same),
3. paying the non-refundable Deposit of $200.00 per person by no later than Wednesday, 23 July quoting your Invoice Number in the Bank Transfer remittance.

Once everyone has paid their deposit, registrations will be moved to a new Event named "Balance - Regional Tour - Central West Explorer" and each registrant will be invoiced the balance of their cost. This second invoice will require payment by Monday, 25 August.
